How do I update my user account information?

Need to update your account information? Update your account name, email address and mobile number by following the steps in this article.

Updating your Account

1. Login to Customer Radar. 

Go to our Customer Radar website and click 'Log in' in the top right. 

If you have forgotten your password, find instructions in this article: How do I reset my password?

2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner and then select 'Profile'.

 3. Here you can view your current account details. To update, click the 'Edit profile' button. 

4. Edit the details that you would like to update. Click the 'Ok' button. 

Remember that updating your email address means that the new email address will become your login.
