An Alert is a notification you receive to certain email addresses to let you know you have received a piece of feedback. These are the types of feedback which your business has decided it wants to urgently know about. They could be triggered by strong detractors (the most unhappy customers), keenest promoters or anything in between. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to find out the specific alert rules for your organisation.
All customer feedback which triggers an alert to you and your team has the 'pending' status in your dashboard. 'Pending' means that those pieces of feedback require you to respond to your customers as there may be a time-sensitive issue for you to address.
Alerts are usually received by people inside of your business who require visibility over feedback and ability to act on it and respond to customers.
You can choose who you want to receive alerts. By receiving an Alert, it allows you to view the feedback as soon as the customer submits it, giving you the option to action it as necessary.
