Replying to Customer Feedback
Customer Radar is a cloud based software platform designed to run on most web browsers. However, Internet Explorer is not a supported browser and several key Customer Radar features don't perform as expected.
The most common issue with an Internet Explorer browser is the inability to respond to customers through the dashboard via SMS or Email. You can find an example screenshot of this issue below.
