Downloading a CSV file
The download button on your comments page allows you to download a CSV file of the feedback comments data. In most cases, you'll need to select 'Full CSV file' then click the 'OK' button.
You can open this file in Google Sheets, Excel or other spreadsheet programmes. Your user account will need permission to download the file. Learn about user account permissions in this article: What are User Types?
Similarly, the download button in the NPS Breakdown section of your dashboard allows you to download your NPS breakdown across all measures.

Opening a CSV file with Microsoft Excel
1. Open the downloaded CSV file by double clicking on it.
For Mac users, you might need to right click on the file and then select 'Open with' > 'Microsoft Excel'.
2. Edit and rename the file to suit your needs and then save as an excel file.

Opening a CSV file with Google Sheets
1. Open your Google Drive. Drag and drop the CSV file into your drive or click the 'New' button, then select 'File upload'.
2. The file may upload as a Google Doc. To open with sheets, right click the file in your drive and select 'Open with' > 'Google Sheets'.
3. Edit and rename the file to suit your needs. The file will save automatically.
