You will notice every piece of feedback has a status
No Actions Required - no alert has been triggered for that comment and no further action is needed.
Pending - an alert has been triggered and action is required. Click here to find out how reply to feedback.
In Progress - an alert has been triggered and the feedback has been replied to but the customer interaction has not been completed yet (may be awaiting for customer permission to engage with them).
Completed - an alert has been sent, the customer has been replied to and the feedback has been closed off.
The status notifications show you at a glimpse how many open pieces of feedback you currently have in your dashboard.
The numbers in red (in your status filters - see image above) show you how many 'pending' and 'in progress' comments you have. You can then click on each one to show all comments that sit under that status.
You can filter these by Promoters, Passives & Detractors should you need to prioritise who you respond to first.
