You can share your feedback to any internal screen by sharing the Live Feed in your dashboard!

How it works
The Live Feed feature is an easy way for you to share all your feedback internally with your team. Sharing feedback is a great way for your team to engage directly with customer feedback and helps boost employee engagement and support team culture. The Live Feed automatically refreshes every two minutes so it's a great tool to keep an eye on your feedback as it is coming in.

How can I access it?
Note that only Admin and Manger users have permission to access the Live Feed feature. Find out more about user types in this article: Understanding User types
1. Go to the 'Live Feed' at the top left of the menu bar.
2. A new browser window should appear showing a live view of your customer feedback and NPS.

What does it display?
The Live Feed feature displays all your feedback unfiltered as it comes in. The newest is shown at the top with the oldest dropping off the bottom of each column.
You can't remove or filter any feedback from being displayed.
To have a moderated share feedback screen you can use the Share feedback widget to select and share specific feedback to any screen. Click here for more information.
