Programmes
Feedback programmes are set up to decide specific feedback page settings for your business, then each time a new location is added in your business, the same settings can be used. Most businesses only have one feedback programme, however if a business has two or more clear areas of business and would like to measure these separately, another programme can be created.
For example, a business might have a feedback programme for all physical store locations with certain questions, settings and terms and conditions. Then the business might also have another feedback programme for their website with a different leading question, settings and terms and conditions.

Sub-measures are set up underneath locations and use the selected feedback programme to create a unique feedback submission page for that location. A sub-measure is created automatically underneath a location when a location is created. All locations must have at least one sub-measure but can have multiple which each link to the same or different feedback programmes.
