Thank You Pages
Thank you pages are where your customers are directed to after submitting feedback. A powerful way to call your customers to action, whether asking them to leave a Google Review or to complete a second survey, the thank you page allows you to harness customer energy and channel it appropriately. Thank you pages are unique to your business and can be personalised by editing your business's feedback programme.
To test submitting feedback and view an example of a thank you page you can share your feedback with Customer Radar - we'd love to hear any comments you might have here: https://www.feedback.fyi/feedback/CRSUPPT
Title - This is the bold message at the top of the feedback page and usually the first thing your customer reads.
Message - This message can just be an acknowledgement to your customer or can invite your customer to submit further feedback via a second survey or Google Review.
Variable Message - This message can change depending on the feedback rating that the customer submitted. For example, a customer that selected a 1 star would see the variable message "Thanks for helping us to be better, we'll take that onboard", whereas a customer that selected a 5 star would see a variable message such as "That's awesome, thanks for taking the time to let us know".
Optional Invitation - Here, a customer can be invited to submit further feedback either by completing a second survey or submitting their feedback as a Google Review for your business.
