Share Feedback Widget
Sharing feedback to your website is a great way to show potential customers what they can expect when dealing with your business, and gives them an idea of how you compare to competitors.
We have two types of widgets available:
Share feedback for a specific location to a unique widget for that location. This is ideal for when each of your locations has their own webpage.
Client / catch-all widget
Share feedback from all of your locations to your brands website widget. This works best on the front page or a dedicated testimonial page.

Ask your account manager or Customer Radar support to enable the Share Feedback widget for your business. Let us know if you want each location to have its own widget, or you want to use the catch all widget, or if you would like to use both.
We'll then enable the widget and send you the code/s that you embed into the source code of your website. The widget uses a simple Iframe code - this is a single line of code that can be embedded into any webpage.
The code can be customised by your web developer to turn on/off scrolling and adjust the size of the widget.
Sharing feedback to the widget
1. From Customer Radar, open the Comments page
2. On the left, use the checkboxes to select which feedback you would like to share. Once you have selected all the feedback you want to share, click on the Share button on the right.
Make sure you share feedback before going to the next page of feedback, otherwise the checkboxes will be unselected when you change page.
3. In the pop-up, choose to Share feedback then check where you want feedback to be shared to, then click Submit
See which feedback has been shared
On the Comments page, the Shared column will show 'Yes' for the shared feedback. This column is sortable so you can sort all the shared feedback to the top.
Remove shared feedback
To unshare feedback, select the comment/s you want to stop sharing and click the Share button. In the pop-up, click Unshare, then click Submit
Refresh the webpage with the widget to see the changes.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to share all feedback?
When sharing feedback online - unless you are going to share all feedback (the good and the bad) - you will need a header above the widget saying something like 'Some of our feedback'. This shows that the feedback isn't an exhaustive or complete list of all your feedback.
Why is the widget saying 'Feedback display is turned off'?
This means the widget is switched off in our admin portal. Contact your account manager or Customer Radar support team to switch the widget on.
What happens if I haven't shared any feedback?
When the widget is switched on in our admin portal but no feedback has been selected for sharing, the message There are no shared comments for this client will be displayed in the widget. Follow the steps above to select and share feedback.

I've just shared feedback but it's not showing in the widget?
Refresh the page the widget is located on and your feedback will appear.
