How Google Reviews can help grow your business
Transform your feedback into a great online reputation.
Turn your happiest customers into your best advocates. By inviting customers to turn feedback into an online review, you’ll not only grow your volume of feedback, but also build trust and grow your business visibility – keeping you both top of mind, and top of search rankings.
Your Google Reviews directly influence your SEO and local search ranking on Google. If you don’t have a strong search ranking, you risk losing customers to competitors. Being able to drive customers to place high-quality reviews not only helps to get you to the top of the search page – it also gives you and your customers peace of mind before they buy.
Customer Radar acts as a management tool to engage your customers in feedback directly and in private before asking them to post a google review.
We also offer TripAdvisor and Facebook review features which work similarly to Google Reviews, find out more in this article:

FAQs
What happens if my business receives a bad review?
The purpose of Google Reviews is to build trust with customers and to grow your business' online presence. Increased Google Reviews (even if there are a few bad reviews) significantly increases your business' visibility and builds customer's trust in your business. After all, nobody's perfect!
Customer Radar works as a first contact for disgruntled customers and often managers are able to receive and act on customer feedback directly through the Customer Radar system rather than the unhappy customer going straight to posting a bad Google Review.
How do I respond to a bad review?
We highly recommend reaching out directly to a customer that has left a bad review and aiming to solve the problem for them. In this way, customers feel as if their feedback has made a difference and can even be encouraged to go back and edit a bad review.
Our SOS framework is a best practice for managing negative feedback:
Say Sorry. Don’t be defensive or argue.
Open the conversation so you can understand their perspective.
Ask what a good solution would be.
Remember that the Customer Radar support team is always on hand to help you navigate a situation like this. Download the SOS framework pdf here: S.O.S and Go .pdf
What do I do about an inappropriate or spam review?
Here is a handy video explaining Google's review flagging process which allows you to flag an inappropriate Google Review. If the review violates Google's review policy then they will remove the view for you.
How do I leverage my great Google Reviews?
Customer Radar offers a 'Share Feedback' feature which allows you to share great feedback to your website or through various social media channels, find out more in this article: Share feedback on your website.
Great Google Reviews will already boost your business' online reputation. You can maximise the value of these reviews by sharing them internally to support employee motivation and sharing them directly with customers across marketing channels.
